Obituary for Lillian R. Tadpole
Lillian R. (Napier) Tadpole age 98, was born 5 March,1920 in Porter, Oklahoma and died 28 August 2018 in Claremore, Oklahoma. A long time Tulsa area resident she lived in Tulsa, Sand Springs and Claremore and was the widow of Elmer C. Tadpole, Sr. She was the daughter of William P. and Melissa Napier and had three sisters, Thelma, Alma, and Maydge and three brothers Tom, Hubert, and Millard (Fish) all of whom preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons Elmer C. Tadpole, Jr. and Thomas Tadpole of Claremore and three daughters Gayle Allen of Claremore, Carol Clark of Poteet, Texas and Brenda Morrison of Vera, Oklahoma, 11 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
A graduate of Porter High School she was an LPN and worked at Mohawk Manor Nursing Home, Tulsa and in home health retiring in 1985. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Visitation is from 10am to 8pm, Tuesday 4 September 2018 and funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, 5 September 2018 at the Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Internment is at noon, 5 September 2018 at Woodland Cemetery, 1200 North Cleveland, Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
