Burial at Union Star For Wallace Bryant
Burial services for Wallace Bryant were held Saturday afternoon, Oct. 9, in the Union Star cemetery. Mr. Bryant, 71, died Thursday Oct. 7 at his home in Clarence, Mo., after a lengthy illness. He had retired three years ago from his place of business in Clarence.
He was the son of the late George and Lura Bryant and was a former resident of the Union Star and Orchid communities.
Survivors include his wife, Florence, of the home; three sons, Lew Alvin of Kansas City; Marvin and Marion, both of Clarence; five brothers, Raymond Bryant and Ralph Richard of St. Joseph; Orville Bryant of Rock Port; the Rev. Everett Ernest Bryant of Topeka, Kas.; one sister, Mrs. Louise Mooney of Nortonville, Kas.; 12 grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in Clarence.
