Source: California Death Certificate Nbr 9960, Information on Death Certificate from the Medial Records of Rancho Los Amigos. U. S. Census, 1860, 1870, 1880 and 1930. A marriage announcement was published on 20 Sep 1906 in the "Oakland Tribune", of his marriage to Katherine May Dyer. A Divorce announcement was published on 15 Oct 1911 in "The San Francisco Call".
The 1930 Census finds Morris going by the name of Morris Morris and listed as an "inmate" of the Los Angeles County Farm. In 1933 this institution for the medically indigent would be renamed "Rancho Los Amigas", a name that it carries to this day, being one of the largest and most respected medical rehabilitation centers in the country.Data from Researcher Mary K Gummo/Sullivan
