Ralph L. Bush, 72, 2600 First St., died Wednesday morning at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Morningside Church of Christ. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of the Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home. Pallbearers, all grandsons, will be Don and Rick Davis, Bruce Paulsen, Gordon Cose, Steve Doty and Norman Lamb. A prayer service will be at 8 o'clock this evening in the funeral home. Mr. Bush was born April 5, 1902, at Battle Creek, Iowa. He married Grace Rogge Sept. 18, 1925, at Ida Grove, Iowa. Mr. Bush farmed in the Danbury and Mapleton, Iowa, areas until 1952 when he became employed by Armour & Co. in Sioux City. When the plant closed down he retired. He moved to Sioux City in 1953. Mr. Bush was a member of Morningside Church of Christ. Survivors include the widow; four daughters, Mrs. Donna Davis of Sheldon, Iowa, Mrs. Carol Paulsen of Schleswig, Iowa, Mrs. Bethel Lamb of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Mrs. Marcia Bradberry of Omaha; three brothers, Ed and Leonard, both of Battle Creek, and Charles of Los Angeles; 13 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
