Patricia Ann “Pat” Drake passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born November 26, 1937 in Indianapolis to the late Arthur Frank and Sarah Frances (Stribling) Oliphant. Her marriage was to Jim Drake on August 15, 2018 in Lafayette. He survives.
Pat worked as a cashier in the dry-cleaning business for several years. Her family was her life. She was passionate about crocheting and gathering with friends and family. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by five children; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by two brothers, James and Charles.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to the ceremony at Hippensteel Funeral Home in Lafayette. Pastor Eric Stovall will officiate. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at Park Cemetery in Greenfield, IN.
