Ruby B. Taylor, 87, a retired secretary for the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Department, died Friday, May 31, 2001, at Magnolia Personal Care Home in Union. Services were Saturday at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home on High Street with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Taylor, a native of Kilmichael, was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony G. Taylor. She lived in Jackson for 60 years before moving to Philadelphia, where she lived with her niece, Ruby L. Whatley for the last three years. She was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by her niece, Ruby L. Whatley of Philadelphia and a number of nieces and nephews.
