BOYLE - Virgie Mae Garner, 88, a homemaker, died of heart failure Wednesday in Bolivar County Medical Center.
Services are 2 p.m. today at Fletcher-Nowell Funeral Home with burial in Delta Heights Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Garner was a lifelong resident of Bolivar County. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include: son, Charles Garner of Boyle; daughters, Ruby Whatley of Philadelphia and Bernice McCain of Boyle; sister, Ruby Taylor of Philadelphia; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Church of Christ on Ronadman Road.
