Glen McCulley, 92, of Columbus Junction, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Wapello Specialty Care. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021, at the Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services in Wapello. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to Solid Rock Baptist Church in memory of Glen. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Glen Jr McCulley was born on September 30, 1928, in Columbus Junction, the son of Glen and Ruth (Cockerill) McCulley. He was a graduate of Columbus Junction High School. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Glen was united in marriage to Vivian Molton on November 4, 1955 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. He was a lifelong farmer in the area. Glen was a member of the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Wapello. He and his brothers would get together each month and were known as the McCulley Brothers Club. Glen was well known for his woodworking.

Glen will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Norlyn Colon of Muscatine, Megan Lechner of Colorado Springs, CO; great-granddaughter, Lexie (Ryley) Howell of Columbus Junction, who he took in and raised; great-great-grandson, Ryatt Howell; brothers, Dean McCulley of Washington and Elvin (Beverly) McCulley of Tempe, AZ; sisters-in-law, Beverly McCulley of Oakville and Betty McCully of Mediapolis.

Glen a was preceded in death by his parents; wife; adopted children, Marvin and Norvella; siblings in infancy, Mary Jane and Robert; brothers, John, George, David and Bill.
