Ruben Frank Kline - Mr. Ruben Frank Kline of Emlenton RD, died at 1:30 P.M., September 25, in his home of a heart condition. He was 87 years old. Mr. Kline was born in Knox, on December 24, 1871, the son of Frank and Matilda Best Kline. He spent his entire life in the Mt. Joy section. Mr. Kline was a coal miner and stone mason by trade.In 1903, He was married to Amanda Best, who is deceased; also one son Freeman, preceded him in death. Surviving are one son and two daughters; Rellie Kline, Huey; Mrs. Edna Olson, Emlenton, and Alverda Douthett, Rimersburg; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kline was a member of the Knox Lutheran Church. Funeral services were held in the Guy M. Hawk and Son Funeral Home, Sligo, at 2 p.m. Monday (yesterday), September 28, with the Rev. Merle U. Fox, officiating. Interment was made in Mt. Joy Cemetery
