MASSENA — A funeral for Frances J. Kearns, 76, Highland Road, Massena, was held at 10 a.m. Monday (March 23,1987) at St. Joseph's Church in Massena with the Rev. Paul Worczak officiating.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Massena.

Arrangements were with Phillips Memorial Home in Massena.

Mr. Kearns died at 9:45 a.m. Thursday (March 19, 1987) at Crouse-Irving Hospital in Syracuse.

At one time he was employed at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center in Ogdensburg.

He later worked at Alcoa for over 42 years as a chief tester in the pot room, retiring in 1973.

He was a member of the 25-Year club at Alcoa and a past member of the Macabees.

He was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Massena.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Lawrence County Chapter of the American cancer society.
