Sandra Kay Wolverton was born December 2, 1954 with her twin brother Richard Ray Wolverton to Melvin Garland Wolverton and Juanita Fay Pendleton-Wolverton at the Kaweah Delta District Hospital in Visalia, Tulare County, California, their home was in Exeter,California. The twins had a big sister Betty Jean Wolverton waiting for them to come home.
Sandra attended grades K-12 in Exeter, California and attended church at the United Pentecostal Churchs of Exeter and Visalia. Sandra married George "Steve" Garner on Oct 30, 1973 and they made their home in Visalia, California. They had two children Brandon Barrett Garner born 1974 and Miriam Georgiana Garner 1976.
Sandra and Steve divorce in 1988 and Sandra and the children moved to Strathmore, California where her mother Juanita and Ed were living. Sandra built a new life for her and her children. She was employed as a Registration Clerk at SVMC and Patient Access/ER at Sierra View District Hospital. She took care of her Mother in her last years and also her mother's sister her Aunt Irelene M Pendleton-Ellison.
