MRS. RUTHIE MAE VINCENT Mrs. Ruthie Mae Vincent, age 74, of Panama City, Fla., died on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003, at her residence. She is survived by four daughters, Frances Smith of Villa Rica, Ga., Pat Cheek, Debbie Custer and Wanda Newsome; seven sons, James Broxton, Clydie Broxton. Wayne Broxton, Larry Broxton, William Broxton, Terry Broxton and Jerry Broxton, all of Panama City; a brother, Clyde King of Orlando, Fla.; two sisters, Lois Miller of Port St. Joe, Fla., and Marilyn Whel-ton of Panama City; and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Ray Broxton. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17, 2003, at the Wings of Love Church with the Rev. Jerry Adcock officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mrs. Vincent’s sons. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Broxton, Jackie Marlow arid Wilmer Broxton.
