Mr. W. H. (Bill) Smith, 81, of 1305 W. Lambright Street, Tampa, passed away Saturday. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 11:30 from the Chapel of the F. T. Bount Company Funeral Home, 5101 Nebraska Avenue with Dr. George C. Billings, pastor of the Idlewild Baptist Church officiating. The grandsons of Mr. Smith will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Lake Carroll Cemetery.
A native of Kansas, Mr. Smith had resided in Tampa since 1959, was a member of the Idlewild Baptist Church, 32 Degree Mason, member of the Composite Lodge No. 4523 F&AM Shawnee, Okla. and was a member of M.A.R.S. Armateur Radio Network and operated Station W4ZAK. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. Smith of Winter Park, Florida and 3 grandsons, Wayne, Charles and Larry Smith.
