Obituary for Frances Joan Pullen
Frances Joan Pullen of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 13, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 88. She was born April 20, 1932, in Sparkman, Arkansas, the daughter of Ebben and Mahalie Seale Boen. She started her married life as a military wife and worked as a secretary. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals.

Frances is survived by her son, Alan (Carolyn) Dickinson of Bull Shoals, AR; grandchildren, John (Karen) Dickinson of San Francisco, CA and Lydia (Jon) Norvell of Bull Shoals, AR; great grandchildren, Ian and Seth Dickinson and Caleb, James and Jackson Norvell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two wonderful husbands, Odis Dickinson, and William Kenneth Pullen; brothers, Jack, Pete, Billy Fay and John Boen; and sisters, Hazel Day, Lucy Lumpkin, Lillian Walter, Ruth Allen and Mary Sue Narramore.

A Funeral Service for Frances will be 10:00 am, Saturday, January 16, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals, with Pastor Jon Norvell officiating. Burial will be in Dallas, Texas at the Laurel Land Cemetery. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals.
