MAria walter's First husband was Arent Philipse Schuyler [FAG # 28557710 ]. Archibald Kennedy first wife was Katherine Schuyler (1737–1765), daughter of Peter Schuyler and granddaughter of Arent Schuyler, his mother's first husband.

From the eldest child Archibald Kennedy, 1st Marquess of Ailsa, 12th Earl Cassills, Archibald and Ann are the grandparents of John Kennedy-Erskine [b.1802-d. 6 March 1831] the first husband of Lady Augusta FitzClarence Kennedy-Erskine Gordon-Hallyburton [FAG # 218710689] a daugther of King William IV of England and his common law wife Dorothy Jordan.
