NIEMEYER. At No. 1248 East Fiftieth street, July 14, 1911, Mary Alice, beloved wife of Charles C. and mother of Arthur and Raymond Niemeyer, aged 48 years.

Funeral from the chapel of Robert Sharp & Son Co., Monday, July 17, at 8:30 a.m., to St. Patrick's Church, Thirty-fourth and Central avenue, where requiem mass will be celebrated at 9 o'clock.

Letters and telegrams from Los Angeles, Cal., announced the death resulting from a paralytic stroke, of the wife of C.C. Niemeyer, Friday evening, July 14. She leaves to mourn her death, besides her husband, two sons, her father, J. H. Heitmann and four sisters. C. C. Niemeyer, (brother of our townsman Mayor G. H. Niemeyer), and family left Guttenberg and located in Los Angeles seven years ago. Our community extends its sympathy to the grief stricken family in this their hour of sorrow.

She was the daughter of John Herman Heitmann and Sarah Anna Winkels. She married Charles Clemens Niemeyer at St. Mary's Catholic Church, September 3, 1884 in Guttenberg, Clayton, Iowa.
