MCPHERSON - Mrs. Mildred M. Dresher, 90, died Tuesday at McPherson Memorial Hospital. Born May 31, 1883, in Rice County, she was married to Golden C. Dresher, Oct. 4, 1950, at Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She was a Methodist missionary and lived here since 1972.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors are the widower; step-son: Donald Dresher, Canton; step-daughters: Mrs. James Ford, McPherson; Mrs. Alex Richards, Hays; Mrs. Florence Wachholtz, Denver, Colo.; sisters: Mrs. Gertrude Blackwelder, Guymon, Okla.; Mrs. Sarah Shepherd, Lyons; nine stepgrandchildren.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Crawford-Miller Mortuary, Lyons; Rev. Charles Fiquett. Burial will be in Lyons Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. The family suggests memorials to the American Bible Society in care of the First United Methodist Church, Lyons.
