Born May 22, 1950, in Spartanburg, SC, son of the late James Wallace Arledge and Carrie Elizabeth Kimbrell Arledge.
Formerly employed with John H. Montgomery Mill and a member of Brooklyn Baptist Church.
Surviving is his daughter, Sabrina Arledge (April Fisher); sisters, Esther Arledge Hill and Betty Arledge Allison.
Also predeceased by a sister, Margaret Ann Arledge Suttles (1940–2012); brothers, David Eugene Arledge (1938–2004), Roger Dale Arledge (1945–1968), Charles Dean Arledge (1948-1967), and Donnie Lee Arledge (1954-1954).
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 12, 2020, in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Clay Collins officiating. Burial in Brooklyn Baptist Church Cemetery.
