Maria Fay Cush
Maria Fay Cush, 41, of Caldwell, died Thursday, May 1, 2003, at home of natural causes.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, May 5, at Flahiff Funeral Chapel Caldwell.
Maria was born Jan. 24, 1962, in Cascade a daughter of John and Katherine Royster Artechevarria. She graduated from high school in Weaverville, Calif., and graduated from Mr. Don's School of Beauty in Boise. She owned and operated her own beauty salon, Main Tamers, for several years. She married Christopher Cush on Dec. 27, 1997, in Caldwell.
Maria was a very loving mother. She enjoyed making dried flower arrangements, and she loved the mountains. She received great strength from the scriptures during the last two years. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Chris of Caldwell; two sons, Chris Korn and Charlie Cush of Caldwell; her mother, Katherine Artechevarria of Nampa; a brother, Robert Artechevarria of Spokane, Wash.; two sisters, Teresa Ludwig of Fruitvale, Idaho, and Virginia Martin of Caldwell; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Tony.
