Born 4 October 1931 to the late William Luther and Elizabeth "Betty"( Dye) Edens in Science Hill, Kentucky. On 17 September 1948 in Somerset, Pulaski, Kentucky she married Roy Junior Godbey which proceeded her in Death in 1994. Surviving daughters: Gloria, Mary & Barbara.
Siblings: Cedestia Inella , Dennie, William Lorene, Reese , Larry Bernard, Arlie Everett, Marcella Christine, Earl Roscoe, Burdena and Robert Sievers Edens.
Former Eastern Star member.
