Blaine G. Stanley is my Great Uncle. He was born July 16, 1884 at Berkshire, Franklin County, Vermont. Died, April 8, 1966. St. Albans, Franklin County, Vermont.
Blaine married Frances Mary Rushton and together they had one son, Morton. Later in life they lived on the famiy farm in East Berkshire, Vermont that his father owned. Then in Enosburg and in Bakersfield, Vermont. Blaine wrote poetry and had some pulished in the local newspaper. He did wall papering and interior painting for a living. At the time of his death he was living in Enosburg Falls, Vermont and spent 25 days in the hosptal in St. Albans before his death and died there. His wife Frances Mary was a nurse and made this her life long career until she retired.
