Therese R. Klingensmith, 76, of Sanford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday August 5, 2020. She was born in Sanford a daughter of the late Napoleon and Alice (Morneau) Alexandre. She attended local schools graduating from Holy Family High School.
For over 40 years Therese was employed as an LPN at H.D. Goodall Hospital.
She is predeceased by her husband, William.
She is survived by her children, Tony Klingensmith, Bill Klingensmith, grandchildren, Averi, Zachary, Kylie, Lukas, Savannah, Courtney. Her siblings, Sr. Shirley Alexandre, Ronald Alexandre, Gerard Alexandre, Roger Alexandre and Andre Alexandre as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 13th at 11AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church. Burial will follow at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale.
