Mrs R. Illingworth
ARNPRIOR (Special) Final tribute was paid to Mrs Eliza Jane Illingworth at her funeral in Almonte recently from the Comba funeral home to Bethany United Church where service was conducted by Rev W. Anderson. Intermernt was in Auld Kirk Cemetery. Mrs Illingworth the former Eliza Jane Milford was born in Ross Township daughter of the late John Milford and his wife Jane Montgomery, on October 23, 1869. She was educated in district schools and married Robert Illingworth October 16, 1889. Mr Illingworth died 12 years ago. Mrs Illingworth died in a Kingston hospital following lengthy illness. She was a life member of the Canadian Order of Chosen Friends and a member of the United Church. Surviving are two daughters Pearl, Mrs A. Clarke, Ottawa and Marjorie Mrs Daniel J. McKercher, Arnprior. A son was killed in the battle of Vimy Ridge.
