He is found in the family in the 1870 census of Clarendon County, S. C., at which time he was "at home" in the Home of John Alexander Brown & wife, Emma, at age 11. He had to have been Fannie's twin. Fraser is presumed to have died soon after that census as there seems to be no further record. So, I am going to ARBITRARILY say that he died in 1871. He may well have been buried on the Brown farm but possibly at Andrews Chapel without a marker (so, I am listing with Andrews Chapel.
