Mary Jane Jenkins was born March 17, 1887, at Norton, Virginia, to Enoch and Emily Jenkins. She departed this life January 13, 1966, at the age of 79. She was united in Marriage to Henry Martin Wyman April 27, 1904. To this Union were born 10 children. One daughter, Roxie Maxine, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Henry, of the home, Pearl Bell of Kansas City, Walsie of Protem, Dee of Kansas City, Virgie of California, Buster of Rueter, Annie Hankins of Rueter, Gertie Clifton of Kansas City, Harding of Point Lookout, and John R. of Rueter. Three grandchildren and 1 great grandchild deceased, surviving are 22 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Also she has 1 sister, Martha Blair, and 2 brothers, Willie and Lee, who preceded her in death, surviving are Joe of Wilder, Idaho, Johnny of Bradleyville, Laura Williams of Forsyth, Lou Johnson of Taneyville, and Susabelle Brewer of Crane, Mo.
She was converted to Christ at an early age and was a devoted Wife and Mother.
‘Granny' as she was known to all, will be greatly missed.
