Funeral services for Anna Edith Hankins, 83, of Rueter, were held June 21 at Bryant Ridge Church in Rueter with the Rev. Floyd Roberts officiating. Burial was in Wyman Cemetery, Rueter, under direction of Kissee Mortuary and Chapel, Forsyth. She died June 18, 1999 at Cox Medical Center-South, Springfield.
Mrs. Hankins was born at Rueter, the daughter of Henry and Mary Jane (Jenkins) Wyman. She was a member of Bryant Ridge Church.
Survivors include one son, Ross Jr. and wife Twila; two brothers, Buster and Harding; two sisters, Virgie and Gertie; one grandson, Donald Ross and wife Karen; one great-granddaughter, Laura Dawn and husband Grayson and one great-grandson, Jason Ross and wife Pamela.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Hankins; her parents; three brothers, Walsie, Dee and John R. and two sisters, Pearl and Roxie.
