He married before 1912 to Miss Minnie Frances BULLOCK; b. 8-21-1892, Page Co., IA; and died on 10-7-1944 in an auto accident South of Blanchard, Page County, Iowa where they lived. She was a Dau of Jessie and Mary (Crab) BULLOCK They had seven childern born to this Union:
1. 1st Son: John Miland WATSON -no childern born 8-22-1912.
2. 1st Dau: Ona LaVina WATSON-Brownfield, born 1-7-1915.
3. 2nd Son: Lloyd Freman WATSON -married-no childern-adopted his wife's son Eddie. Lloyd was born 5-1-1918.
4. 2nd Dau: Veda Marie-died at 6 mos.old.
5. 3rd Dau: Elsie Faye WATSON-Ellis born 2-13-1922 and 12-31-1991 of Emphysema. --- My Mother!
6. 3rd Son: Glen Dale joined the Navy 5-29-1942-Lost at sea 12-31-1942 and was never found.
7. 4th Dau: Shirley Darlene WATSON-Harness-Messenger was born 1-11-1930.
