Mrs. Fannie Dann and son Ford, formerly of Green Mountain but now of Denver, Col., arrived in the city Tuesday afternoon, having been summoned by telegram owing to the death of Mrs. Dann's mother, Mrs. Mary White of Bangor, who died Saturday at New Providence. Mrs. Dann found out here that she was too late to attend the funeral, which was held Sunday, with interment following at Bangor. Mrs. White, who was the wife of George W. White, and an old resident of the county, was a native of Indiana and was 76 years of age. Her death was due to heart trouble, and occurred at the home of her son, A. B. White, at whose home she was visiting. Mr. and Mrs. White have been residents of the county thirty-eight years, and for many years lived at LeGrand. Mrs. White is survived by five children and her husband. Aside from the daughter, Mrs. Dann, and son, A. B. White, at whose home she died, the children are John White, of Zearing; Owen White of Conrad; and Mrs. S. J. Hollingsworth, formerly of this city but now of Denver. Mrs. Dann went to Zearing Tuesday evening, and will remain indefinitely at the home of her brother, Mr. John White.
