She married Horace "Harry" Levi Cain in 1895 and raised three of four children in Butler, Pennsylvania. Their middle son, Clifford, died at the age of two.
Belle passed away at her son Horace Levi's home in Sewickley, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at the age of 77.
