He was born in New Castle on April 6, 1894 to the late George and Lavina Smith Williams.

Mr. Williams retired 11 years ago from Mooney Brothers Co. after working 12 years as a truck driving.
Surviving are his wife whom he married 33 years ago; two step-sons of New Castle, a brother of New Castle; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the William F. DeCarbo Funeral Home, Cunningham Ave. at Lutton St., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Samuel Baker of Clifton Flats Mission Church officiating. Burial will be at Portersville Presbyterian Cemetery.
