Obituary
Marion Augustus Kolb, of near Pearl, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Clara M. Biddinger, near Frederick, Tuesday evening, aged 81 years. His death followed an illness of two weeks.
Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Frank Murphy, Charles L. Kolb, both of Pearl; Miss Lillie Kolb, Sykesville; Mrs. George Smith, Union Bridge; Calvin R. Kolb, Frederick; Mrs. Biddinger, with whom he made his home, and George W. Kolb, Frederick; by two brothers, Samuel Kolb, Baltimore, Richard J. Kolb, Seattle, and by a sister, Mrs. Lewis Ridgely of Frederick. Mr. Kolb was a member of Mt. Carmel Methodist Church.
The body is at the funeral home, 8 East Patrick street. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. C. E. Cline and Son, funeral directors.

The funeral of Marion A. Kolb, who died at his home east of Frederick Tuesday night, will take place this afternoon. The body was removed from the funeral home, 8 East Patrick street, to the home of his son, George W. Kolb, 340 East Church street, Wednesday evening, where friends may call. A short service will be held there on the above date at 2:30 o'clock, with further services in Mt. Carmel Methodist church, east of Frederick, about 3 o'clock. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjacent to the church. C. E. Cline and Son, funeral directors.
