Mr. George Windsor Kolb, 72, formerly of 20 N. Wisner St., Frederick, died Saturday, Nov. 3, at Citizens Nursing Home of Frederick County. He was the husband of the late Manga P. Antenucci Kolb who died in 1985.
Born May 11, 1918, in Pearl, he was a son of the late Marion A. and Virginia White Kolb.
Mr. Kolb was a veteran serving with the U.S. Army during World War II. Prior to his retirement, he was employed with the State Highway Administration for over 30 years.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Ginny Loescher and husband, Chris, of Adamstown; two grandchildren, Kurt Loescher and Nikki Loescher; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in Mount Carmel Methodist Cemetery, near Frederick.
