Hallie B. Duncan, 76, of Carrollton, Ky., died Friday, June 22, 2007, at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 19, 1931, in Owen County, Ky., the daughter of John and Mollie O'Nan Fitzgerald. She graduated from Ghent School. In 1956, she became a hairdresser in Carrollton, Ky. She was the retired owner and operator of New Image Beauty Shop and was a member of the Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologists. She was a member of Bedford Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" W. Duncan; three sons, Michael Kemper and Edwin Kemper, both of Carrollton, Ky., and Gregory Kemper of Ghent, Ky.; two daughters, Deborah Crase and Marysue Mercer, both of Carrollton, Ky.; five stepchildren; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; 11 step grandchildren; and 16 step great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, three brothers and one son, William "Big Willie" Carroll Wilson.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bedford Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery of Carrollton, Ky.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky., and at the church Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the service.

CARROLLTON, Ky. โ€“ Hallie B. Duncan, 76, of Carrollton, died Friday, June 22, 2007 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.

Funeral services were Tuesday, June 26, at Bedford Pentecostal Church, with Gary Neal and the Rev. Mike Fitzgerald officiating.

Burial was in Carrollton I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Carrollton, Ky.

Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, 213 Fifth St., Carrollton, was in charge of the services.

Mrs. Duncan was born Feb. 19, 1931, in Owen County, Ky., the daughter of the late John Fitzgerald and Mollie O'Nan.

She graduated from Ghent School in Ghent, Ky.

She married James "Jimmy" W. Duncan.

She attended Bedford Pentecostal Church.
