MARY C. HALMESS, 65, of Carrollton, formerly of Owen County, died Friday at Tri-County Community Hospital, La Grange. She was a retired self-employed beautician and a member of St. John Catholic Church, Carrollton.
Survivors include her husband, Robert M. Halmess; and sisters, Agnes Welch, Hallie Duncan, Louise Walls and Betty Coghill, all of Carrollton.
Services were this morning at St. John Catholic Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Gentry-Riley Funeral Home, Carrollton, was in charge of arrangements.
