Elizabeth Alwilda Travis Amey, who apparently preferred to be called Alwilda was the daughter of Clyde Travis and Inez Brink Travis. Elizabeth died in the Nesbitt Memorial Hospital in Kingston, Luzerne Co, PA. She was survived by her husband Arthur Lathrop Amey, Sr. (1903-1989) and three sons, Howard, Niles, and Arthur Lathrop Amey, Jr.

Her husband was Arthur Lathrop Amey, Sr. (1903-1989) who did remarry Carrie Harmon Amey.
