According to the ME Death Records, she was born on 24 Sep 1848 in Weston, Aroostook, ME; and died on 16 Apr 1920 in Weston. Her parents were Edward Haskell and Deborah McFarland. She is with her parents in the US census records for 1850 and 1860. On 24 Jun 1873, she married Charles F. Gove, and they are together in the 1880 and 1990 US census records. Charles died in 1904, and on 31 May 1908, she married John Cazada Allen (who more than 30 years her junior). She and John are together in the 1910 and 1920 US census records. I have not found a FAG record for John, but in Charles' FAG record I've suggested a link to this record.
