Charles Hulan Arnold PFC- born in Hamilton County in Star, Texas on August 24, 1925 passed peacefully on September 8, 2019,at the age of 94 with his family by his side. Charles served in the United States Marine Corp during WWII and fought bravely in the South Pacific as a member of the 1st Battalion, 25th Marines 5th Amphibian.
Charles is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Jean Arnold: his daughter, Deborah Jean Arnold and all eight of his brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Chuck Arnold and wife Debbie ,grandchildren Shannan Schmidt, Julie Simon and husband Jimmy, Greg Arnold and wife Amy, Leslie Stevens and husband George, Patrick Davidson and wife Christi, Nancy Eike and husband Eric, great grandchildren: Saylor and Gaven Schmidt, Helen, Sarah, and Lucy Arnold, Megan, Nicholette and Kristen Stevens, William and Conner Davidson, and Lily and Liz Eike.
