Forest W. Moreland, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Moreland, who lived here about ten years ago, died at his home in Prairieville, April 6, aged 27 years, 8 months and 5 days. His death was very sudden, being ill but twenty minutes. He married Miss May Burpee in October 1894 and is survived by the wife and two children, father and mother, five brothers* and one sister. The funeral was held April 10th at the home of B.P. Burpee and was largely attended.

* I think this is an error. To my knowledge he only had 4 brothers.
