Mrs. Jessie FitzSimmons Hettrick, 66, wife of Charles Hettrick, Geneseo, fell dead of a heart attack while attending a Livingston County Rebekah meeting at Avon last Friday night.
Mrs. Hettrick was a native of Pavilion and had resided there until 8 years ago when she and her husband made their home at Geneseo. She was a member of the Geneseo Methodist Church, the Rebekah Lodge, the Eastern Star and the Women's Relief Corps.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Walter of Pavilion and Howard of Leicester; four brothers, Roy of Piffard, John of LeRoy, Wilber and George FitzSimmons of York, and two sisters, Mrs. Roy Davis and Mrs. George Dillon, both of York.
