Robinson, John Berkley, 77, of Bower Street, New Martinsville, WV died Saturday, May 19, 2007 at New Martinsville Health Care Center.
He was born November 22, 1929 in Wetzel County, WV the son of the late Burl and Delora Newman Robinson.
He is a retired foreman of Ormet Corporation, Hannibal, OH, a graduate of West Liberty State College, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of the Bridge Street Church of Christ and American Legion Post 28, both of New Martinsville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Florence Starkey, Doris Jean Robinson, and Eileen Robinson.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Litman Robinson, four brothers, Ronald Robinson of Virginia Beach, VA, Joe (Eloise) Robinson of Greenville, SC, Jim (Rose) Robinson of Claremore, OK, Kent (Barbara) Robinson of Prescott, AZ and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11am until time of service at 1pm at the Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 Third Street, New Martinsville with the Evangelist Edward Melott officiating. Interment in Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville.
Military graveside services will be conducted by the Sistersville Honor Guard.
