He was born on Aug. 6, 1938, in Anderson, to John Thomas and Marie (Lakey) Watson.
Tom retired from Anderson Community School Corp. as a carpenter after 37 years of service.
He was a member of Bethany Christian Church and the Anderson Auxiliary Police. He enjoyed camping.
He is survived by his wife, Terry (Albaugh) Watson of Anderson; several nieces and nephews; good friends, Bill Denny, Gary Gore; and two special young girls, Caitlyn and Emma Clarkstone.
Tom was preceded in death by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Services will be on Friday at 10 a.m. at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, with Bob Bell officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
