Mrs. Christian, 1608 W. Belfast, was a member of the PEO Sisterhood, Chapter C; Mesa Garden Club, and had been a member of Church Circle No. 6. Born in Leland, Ill., she came to Mesa in 1943. She served as church hostess and had designed the church kitchen.
Survivors include her husband, Harold M.; a daughter, Mrs. Don W. Strauch of Mesa; two sons, Don of Memphis, Tenn., and Rod of Shaw Air Force Base, S.C.; two sisters and a brother in Illinois, and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the church, Center at First Avenue. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Meldrum Mortuary, Macdonald at First Street. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery, Scottsdale.
The family suggests contributions to the Ada Christian Memorial Fund at the church.
