He married 2nd Lorraine C. Garrett before 1946 in Nebraska, USA. They had one son Paul. Lorraine was born on 24 Oct 1909 in Kearney, Nebraska, USA and she died on 14 Jan 1974 in Brule, Keith, Nebraska, USA.

ERNEST ANDERSON RITES SATURDAY

BRULE-Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Congregational Church here for Ernest G. Anderson of Brule who died Wednesday night at Indian Hills Manor in Ogallala. The Rev. Louis Poppe will officiate at the service. Burial will be held in the Brule Cemetery. Born Dec. 2, 1892 in Ashland, Neb., he grew to young manhood and received his early education at the place of his birth. He moved to Brule in the early 1900's and resided there until 1941 when he moved to California. He worked as a carpenter, returning to make his retirement home in Brule in 1962. His wife, Lorraine, preceded him in death in January of 1974. Mr. Anderson was a member of the Brule Lions, the Moose Lodge and the Congregational Church. Survivors include: a daughter, Mrs. Charles Mercer of Brule; three sons, H.A. (Pete) OF Pascoe, Wash. and Robert and Paul both of Brule; two sisters, Mrs. Vernon Fleshman of Ogallala and Mrs. Flora Dunning of Plattsmouth, Neb.; by two brothers, Amos of New York and Louis of California; and by nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A memorial has been established in his name. Draucker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements
