Mr. George Preston Jones of Jonesboro, died September 28, 1989. Survived by his wife, Mrs. Marjorie C. Jones, brother, Mr. Hubert Jones, Tyrone; sister, Mrs. Aline Converse, Greenville, Georgia; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 30, Hemperley's Chapel, 2 p.m. The Rev. Any Andrews and Rev. Lee Singley officiating with interment in Westview.
In lieu of flowers, donations should go to the Atlanta Hospice, 100 Edgewood Avenue, Atlanta, 30303. Family will receive friends at funeral home Friday, 6:30-9 p.m. A. C. Hemperley & Sons.
