Death Comes to W. W. Still Wednesday
W. W. Still (Uncle Billie, as he was known) died at his home near Rock Springs Baptist Church last Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. He had been ill only a few days, and had only recently returned from the Confederate reunion at Dallas, Texas. He had enjoyed remarkable health for a man his age, being at the time of his death over eighty-five years of age. He was a member of the church which he joined when a young man, being the Rock Springs Baptist Church.
His going marks the continued depletion of the ranks of the Confederate soldiers.
