Frank R. Barto, 83, of Scottsdale, a machinist for John Hick Machine Shop for 20 years, died April 12, 1987, at his residence. Born in Burdette, Kan., he was an Army veteran. Survivors include a daughter, Jean Crump; three sisters; and three brothers. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road. Greer Chapel & Funeral Home made arrangements.
