Stephen Leo Kolb, 62, Portland, Ore., at 9 o'clock Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic church, Jefferson City; burial in National cemetery there. Mr. Kolb was a veteran of World War II. He was a Catholic. Among the survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Zita Bax, Jefferson City, Mrs. Wilma Van Buskirk, Marshall, Mo., and Mrs. Tillie Stegeman, Los Angeles, and two brothers, William Kolb, Wichita, and Thomas Kolb, Belle, Mo.
