Domenica "Domma" Reece, age 86 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014. She was born in Hamilton on December 2, 1927 to Angelo and Rose (Carito) Arminio. Domma spent most of her life caring for others as a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an attentive listener, always up for adventure and arguably the best cook that anyone had the pleasure to encounter. For many, her memory will be synonymous with a favorite dish that she would prepare especially for them.

She is survived by her children, Rosemary (Ronald) Nettro, Gary (Victoria) Reece, David (Marcia) Reece, and Cheryl Stockstill; grandchildren, Cara (David) Adney, Allison Hicks, Joslyn (Antonio) Biscuso , Justin (Stephanie) Reece, Remington(Chris)Reece, Sean Stockstill, Johnnie Stockstill, and Travis Stockstill; great-grandchildren, Dalton, Ben, Kyrstin, Kayla, Tristan, Kaylee; siblings, Joe (Marlene) Arminio, Sam (Judy) Arminio, and Ann (Vernon) Reiter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin L. Reece; parents; sister, Mary Inforzato, and a brother, James Arminio.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Fr. James Wedig, celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
