Bob L. Landon, 87, died on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at St Catherine Hospital in Garden City. He was born on October 27, 1931 at Garden City the son of Jay & Ruby (Miller) Landon. He married Faith Fulton on December 24, 1949 at Deerfield. She died on January 3, 2011.

Bob was a lifetime Deerfield resident and graduated from Deerfield and became a lifelong farmer. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Deerfield and the BASS Club. He enjoyed inventing things, fishing, hunting and his family activities. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, 2 Sons- Larry Landon & Danny Landon, Daughter- Victoria Thomas & Brother- Jay Dean Landon.

Survivors include his daughter- Dixie Renstrom of Cimarron, Brother- Richard Landon of Deerfield, 3 Sisters- Delores Paris of Dighton, Pat Gruver of Dodge City & Peggy Shipp of California, 10 Grandchildren and 21 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Deerfield with Rev. Doug Olson officiating. Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to United Methodist Church in care of Garnand Funeral Home. Friends may call from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City.
