Helen J. Frisch, 85, of Bettendorf, formerly of Blue Grass, died Thursday, February 8, 2001, at Genesis West, Davenport, following a brief illness.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 11, at Runge Mortuary, Davenport.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 12, at St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa.
Helen Josephine Dahl was born January 16, 1916, in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, the daughter of Albert and Alma (Lewis) Dahl. She married Henry Victor Frisch on September 23, 1939, in Davenport. He preceded her death on September 9, 1982.
Surviving are one daughter, Nancy (Wayne) Marker of Bettendorf; one son, James (Clara) Frisch of Delaware, OH; four grandchildren; one sister, Arlys Dahl of Bloomington, MN; and two brothers, David Dahl of Richmond, VA, and Richard Dahl of Owatonna, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
